    What do you do for fight preparation?

    I train every day in all styles of MMA, setting up a proper diet for my body to work 100% on fight day.

    When and why did you start martial arts training?

    I started karate at an early age and then transitioned to Krav Maga to expand my martial arts knowledge. I naturally transitioned to MMA.

    What is your favourite technique?

    Ground and pound, I feel strong there.

    What other interesting information can you tell us about yourself?

    I am a former strongman competitor. Did very well in my first year but the MMA demands were too hectic and I decided to spend all my time in MMA. Maybe in future I'll do strongman again to build up my body.
